Video: Kwara-based automobile company manufactures Formula 1 lookalike racing car

A Kwara-based automobile company, Xtreme Mechanics, has manufactured its first lookalike formula 1 racing car after three attempts.

In an exclusive interview with BBC Yoruba correspondents, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr Bola Bolarin said the manufacturing of the car spanned Two years after three failed attempts.

According to him, over 70% of the car parts were locally sourced from Ilorin car scrap dealers.

An assessment result of sampled opinion of onlookers and passers-by awarded a pass mark to the manufacturer with many suggesting that such a creative talent deserves government sponsorship.
