Gov Makinde appoints new chairman for PMS hours after police declared Auxiliary wanted

The Oyo State Government, on Sunday, announced the former secretary of the disbanded Park Management System (PMS) , Oluwatomiwa Omolewa, as the new chairman.

A statement by Sulaimon Olanrewaju – Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seyi Makinde, also announced Kasali Lawal as the new secretary of PMS.

The statement said the appointment was part of the reorganisation of the PMS embarked upon by the state government.

NEWS FLASH reports that the former chairman of PMS, Mukaila Lamidi popularly known as Auxiliary, was recently sacked by Makinde.

The Oyo police command had on Friday declared Auxiliary wanted over alleged illegal possession of firearms and other violent activities.
