This automatically triggers a one-match ban for both players.
During the game at Stamford Bridge, there was a 20-man brawl.
James Ward-Prowse was sent off for Forest, while the Blues had six of their own players booked.
It could also see Chelsea face another £25,000 fine for failing to control their players.
